Located on a critical stretch of the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Sector 73 is bordered on the north by Sector 74, and on the west by Sector 74A, and on the east by Sector 71 and on the south by Sector 75. Sector 73 is a new and developing sector along the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR). A new and upcoming sector along a critical stretch of the Southern Peripheral Road, Sector 73 is expected to open in the near future (SPR). A new and developing sector located along a critical stretch of the Southern Peripheral Road (SP Road), Sector 73 is home to a population of approximately 20,000 people (SPR). As of now, it’s still a small development sector, with only a handful of plot projects and apartment complexes to show for it at this point in its development history. There are a few notable residential developments in the area, the most notable of which are the DLF Alameda and Today Homes Canary Greens developments. One of the developments currently under construction in the sector is M3M Corner Walk, a mixed-use development that will include a variety of amenities such as retail units, restaurants, offices, and residential apartments, among others. M3M Corner Walk is a shopping centre that is located within the sector. An additional feature of the area is a cricket playground, which is available for rental by the general public when it is not being used by the club.
Many major thoroughfares, including the SPR, Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road, and National Highway 48, serve the sector well and provide excellent access to it. Several roads in the area are still in the planning and construction stages, and others are under construction. The distance between Honda Chowk and Rajiv Chowk, two important locations in Delhi, is approximately 20-25 minutes by automobile. The Huda City Centre station, which serves as a hub for the metro rail system, is also a 10-kilometer drive away and serves as a shopping mall.
