It is located near to the Dwarka Expressway, which is now under development, and is a rural residential suburb in Gurgaon. A total of three stages and a number of blocks are separated into the community, which is mostly located next to and sometimes overlapping with Sectors 109, 110, and 112. The Dwarka Expressway, which is currently under construction and runs parallel to the NH-8, provides easy access to all of the offices in Udyog Vihar, NH-48, and DLF Cyber City, with a travel time of 11 km through Jwala Mill Road, Carterpuri Road, and Nazafgarh-Gurgaon Road. The Dwarka Expressway is currently under construction and will be completed in 2018. Office buildings in the neighbourhood include the Google Signature Tower, Spaze iTech Park, and Universal Business Park, all of which are located within a 10-kilometer radius of the neighbourhood.
